Founded in 1990 by Mike Butler, Butler and Associates Inc. specializes in placing highly skilled and motivated people with high quality Senior Living companies. We are located in Indianapolis, IN.

The Senior Care companies we work with are both for-profit as well as not-for-profit and vary in size from Mom and Pop operations to the biggest corporations. We have placed people in almost every kind of position available in Senior Living from operations, to finance, consultants, marketing, IT, etc.

Mike worked as a nursing home administrator for over ten years with experience in small rural facilities as well as large metropolitan and inner-city operations. Mike worked for a family owned company and for one of the largest long-term care corporations. Mike gained success and experience in opening new buildings, turning around failing facilities, construction, and upscale operations.
