Being successful at what you do means that you have talked
to recruiters (you know, headhunters) before. Having been a nursing
home administrator myself, I know how difficult, yet rewarding,
it can be to work in Senior Care. I know how important it is
to have the right job in a field where the companies (or their
philosophy) can change as fast as the market place. I understand
that changing jobs can be a big decision as well as create
an exciting and challenging opportunity.
I have been served best, over the years, by getting to know
the people I am working with. Besides your resume, it is important
to me to know what you are doing now, what
your short and long-term career goals are, and what you see as
your next step professionally. I want to know about your experience,
your success, your job skills, your philosophy on patient care,
where you want to go next, and the kind of company you want to
work for.
Sometimes people tell me that money isn’t important
yet I find that, more often than not, when it gets down to the
time to say “I want that job” compensation and benefits
are always important. Finally, lifestyle information is important,
such as, relocation or not, a metro or rural area, good schools,
driving time to work, etc.
Once I know what is important and
necessary for you to have in a job I can search for positions
of interest to you. As a recruiter, I have been putting
good people with good companies for twenty years. I am able to
do this because I know the person/candidate I represent and I
also know the different Senior Care companies and the people
who run them. I
have acquired this knowledge by spending twenty years networking
in this ever-changing arena of companies buying, selling, and
merging and people coming and going.
I work in the strictest of confidence and no resume or
other information is released without your prior approval. I
also assist in the interviewing process with the logistics of
setting up interviews and such. I provide resume tips or how
to interview information, if necessary.
Should you and a company have an interest in each other I will
also work with both parties on the job offer, references, compensation
and benefits, job acceptance, start date and other related matters.
The best thing of all is that my fees are paid by the client/companies
I work with, so there is no cost to you as a candidate.
Send me your resume or an email and I will give you
a call. Please attach your resume in MS Word format (.doc) or
a PDF only, to this address:
